Mr. Friedman has been practicing law in Savannah for over 30 years. A native Savannahian, Stan has successfully handled complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Educated at the University of Georgia, he obtained a B.B.A. in Accounting and also his J.D. degree. Stan was named as one of only 5% of all lawyers in Georgia to the "Georgia Super Lawyers" in 2008 and 2009.  He has also achieved the highest rating, "AV," given by Martindale Hubbell, which signifies recognition for his legal ability and ethics.  He was named in 2008 as one of the TOP 100 Trial Lawyers in Georgia by the America Trial Lawyers Association. 

During his career, Stan has tried to verdict over 100 jury trials and has handled numerous cases with a recovery of over 1 million dollars.  Stan has lectured at legal seminars on numerous topics including, "How to Obtain Top Dollar in Settlement of Personal Injury Cases," "Insurance Law in Georgia," and "How to Handle Breast Cancer Cases."

Stan is a member of numerous legal organizations including: The American Association for Justice; Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (Regional Vice President, 1989, 1990, and 1999); Savannah Trial Lawyers Association (President, 2002); Million Dollar Advocates Forum; American Board of Trial Advocates (President, Georgia Chapter, 2004-05).

Ms. Martin has practiced law for more than 20 years in Savannah, Georgia. After being named Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Georgia, Janna obtained a B.A. degree and graduated Cum Laude. She obtained her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in Macon.

Originally from Statesboro, Georgia, Janna specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation. She also handles complex litigation and enjoys helping people during difficult times in their lives. In the past, she has served on an "as-needed" basis as Judge of Recorder's Court of Chatham County, Georgia.

Janna is active in community programs and professional   organizations, having been President of the Savannah Trial Lawyers' Association (1996) and past Co-Chairman of the People's Law School.  She has recently served as Co-Chair of the annual Georgia Trial Lawyers' Seminar.  Janna has obtained significant settlements and verdicts for her clients throughout the past twenty years of her practice, handling all types of injury cases.
